Live agent Visiblity in csm

Even  Agent is  availaible,In portal live agent  availiblity is showing  false ,

and sometimes if it is  avalibale it displaying message like this

here agent is  available 

can anyone help ,me  to solve this

Hi @lallirikka1 - Upgrade your instance to Yokohama 2 and create a new user and try this agent by impersonating .
