Need to clear now assist chat bot chat without clicking on plus icon in the chat

i want to clear the previous chat in the now assist and start a fresh chat without clicking on the plus icon in the top right corner and not only that before executing our custom service can we configure system response is it possible

Ahoy @kollasivana,

this can be achieved with fallback action - go to Conversational interfaces and in the settings you can get to it (I guess under Branding tab).

If you want to know more details, remind me tomorrow and I will take some screenshots, now I don't have any instance available...
