If I want to use Service Now: CSM, ITSM, and not use the ITOM product, is it necessary to install a MID SERVER ?

The MID Server capability is included with the platform, and you don’t need ITOM licensing for it. I’m not sure why you’re asking this—could you clarify what you’re really trying to ask?
