Dear Community,
i'm using the PDI Plattform to study the ServiceNow Software for further Use Cases in my Masterstudy. I want to create a UseCase in SPM with NowAssist.
But the Plugin cannot be installed with my account.
Do i need an company license?
Is there a DEMO available?
Thanks in advance.
BR,
Erdal

Hi @ErAsxx,
Q: Can Now Assist be installed on PDIs?
A: Unfortunately, no. You need some other type of sub-production instance to test out Now Assist.
Q: Is there a Now Assist SPM demo available?
A: I attended this excellent webinar a few days ago which included a Now Assist for SPM demo. I'm not sure if you can access it? If not, hopefully it will be posted on the ServiceNow Community YouTube channel sometime soon, otherwise, @Lilly Souksamla, who presented the SPM section may be able to help.
I've also attached a slide from the webinar with linked to various SPM resources.

Dear @Simon Hendery
thanks for the provided Information.
I cannot access to the past Webinar, will check the Community.
I'm looking for a test environment like the PDI, to test as a pilot the Now Assist or generative AI in Service, to see how this can help companies and offer them the advisory.
Having the Explained documentsor video is one step, but providing real examples convince customers better.
In case additional Information is available, let me know.
Thanks again.
BR,
Erdal

Hi @ErAsxx
You can check out Now Learning, where a couple of the Now Assist courses offer course instances with some Now Assist functionality (but not related to SPM).
Aside from that, you would need to be an employee of a ServiceNow Partner org, or a customer, or ServiceNow itself, to access an instance with full Now Assist functionality.
