Virtual Agent - Search results

Hi everyone,

We’re using the AI Search utility in our Virtual Agent topic (Zurich version). The search works fine — it returns Catalog Items and Knowledge Articles — but Order Guides are not showing up in the search results.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

Hi @karunayadav,

Virtual Agent AI Search focuses on Catalog Items and Knowledge Articles, so Order Guides usually don’t appear unless you configure them.
