Hello,
We are adjusting our Virtual Agent to use the LLM functionality and AI features. We are doing some tests in our non-prod environment and see something odd. Anyone know where / if this can be adjusted?
It looks like it knows "me" as it has my sys_id but is not showing my name and is offering me a number of other people that have the name "kurt".
We would like it to show my name and not the sys_id. Also. if it knows me there why is it showing me a list of other people?
Any ideas or suggestions as to where this can be adjusted would be appreciated.
