I’m currently exploring ServiceNow’s capabilities in my developer environment, with a particular interest in Now Assist and its AI-powered features. As an Application Support Specialist focused on backend automation and workflow orchestration, I’m keen to evaluate how Now Assist can enhance incident resolution, knowledge management, and service desk efficiency.
I understand that AI Assist features are tied to specific licensing tiers, but I’m not currently operating in a production environment. I’d greatly appreciate the opportunity to access these features on a trial basis to assess their potential for future integration into enterprise workflows.
Would it be possible to enable temporary access to Now Assist within my developer instance or provide guidance on how best to evaluate these capabilities?

Now Assist is not available on Personal Developer Instances.
However, you can explore its features using the Lab Instance provided in ServiceNow University training courses.
For example, to experience Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM), consider taking the following course:
Now Assist for IT Service Management (ITSM) Essentials - Yokohama - ServiceNow University
Thanks.
