Sunday
Hi Everyone,
I recently got certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer. My campus is now having ServiceNow’s hiring drive for the role of Technical Support Engineer Trainee Intern.
The hiring process includes:
Online Assessment (Aptitude + Technical questions + CSA-based questions)
I’d like to connect with anyone who is already working in this role or has gone through the same process. Could you please share how to best prepare and suggest any resources or practice material that would help?
Your guidance will mean a lot 🙏
Thank you!

Hi @bmunagap,
Check the links highlighted in red.
Let me share some resources that you might find helpful:
ServiceNow University 🎓 🧠 📚
- Get Started with ServiceNow University
- Collect badges and points to improve your rank.
- most of the content is free, but something - absolute minority - is paid,
- Enrol to Welcome to ServiceNow training and complete it then get your first cert 🏆(but hey I must warn you it’s addictive!)
- What next? Check Career Journeys and Learning Path for inspiration.
- Usually, the very first mainline certificate to take is Certified System Administrator (CSA), a must for pretty much any role in the whole ServiceNow ecosystem.
Developer Portal 💻 🛠️ 🌐
Request your PDI (Personal Developer Instance) here to master your newly gained knowledge.
- PDI is your own ServiceNow platform without a worry that you break something,
- except of AI and few more features you can try more or less everything on your own for free!
- Check the top menu for Documentations, Guides, Glossary and Connections.
/* If my response wasn’t a total disaster ↙️ ⭐ drop a Kudos or Accept as Solution ✅ ↘️ Cheers! */

Hi @bmunagap ,
As you already completed your CSA and Application developer so i guess you should be already aware about the CSA questions. Still if you want to practice more than you can google - Quizlets and Flashcards. Here you will find all CSA practice questions which may help you in your preparations. You can also got through few youtube channels ex:- Learn&GrowwithAtulG - CSA - Batch 16.
If my answer helped you, please mark it- solution accepted.
