Hello, 

 

We're trying to implemente Agentic worflow for both of these workflows :

 - Triage and categorize ITSM incidents

 - Investigate and resolve ITSM incidents

 

I have copied both of the workflow, and activeate the trigger of each and ended by adding the required roles, but when I run in the testing tab to see the results, the AI keep thinking and do not continue to the following steps, please refer to the screenshots

Is there any furthur configuration I should do ?

Hello,

 

I found a workaround 
Navigate to All

  • Conversational interfaces=> Assistants => Now assist Panel(Default) => Review => Click on "Edit in Virtual agent"

Hi @ocam,

Could you please check the Generative AI Logs (sys_generative_ai_log) to see if there are any error entries being logged? This might help us get some clues on what’s going wrong and allow us to proceed with further investigation.

Let us know what you find there.

Hi @Tauqueer ,

I have checked the log is it's showing this error message "Number of rows removed from this list by Security constraints: 100" in total there is 105 records but I do not have access to it

Hi @Tauqueer ,

I attempted to add the "maint" role, but it was rejected. The role’s description is "Reserved for ServiceNow use."
