Hello, 

 

We're trying to implemente Agentic worflow for both of these workflows :

 - Triage and categorize ITSM incidents

 - Investigate and resolve ITSM incidents

 

I have copied both of the workflow, and activeate the trigger of each and ended by adding the required roles, but when I run in the testing tab to see the results, the AI keep thinking and do not continue to the following steps, please refer to the screenshots

Is there any furthur configuration I should do ?

Hello,

 

I found a workaround 
Navigate to All

  • Conversational interfaces=> Assistants => Now assist Panel(Default) => Review => Click on "Edit in Virtual agent"

For time being remove the trigger condition and test from Chat Window.

Apart from Logs also check these table for execution Strategy.

sn_aia_execution_plan

sn_aia_execution_task

sys_gen_ai_log_metadata
