Hi.
Hope you can help me. I am building AI agents using the new Agent Studio. All fine during testing, but I cannot get them to work from Now Assist Panel.
Whenever I open the Panel and try to ask it to do something that has a Use Case, I get "Hmm, I don't understand this request."
For example, I created a sample agent that tells jokes about tickets. Works well during testing, but Now Assist Panel is not seeing it.
See screens for the sample agent
The only thing that I am confused is that the AI Agent itself shows somehow that Now Assist panel turned off, see screen below
But if I go to settings, it is On. See screen below
I am sure it is my error. But I am confused. Would appreciate community help.
Thanks!

I think you are replicating the case done by Nicolo Attico for telling jokes on incident right. If that ius the case , i have done this successfully, see the below,
If this is case, I want you to check , have you applied this AI agent into a use case?
Ensure role and enable now assist panel as below,
once it is done, go to now assist panel and - key in this "Tell a joke on incident - >give incident number>"

Adding to the below response,
Mainly, you need to add this AI agent to use case and then test the use case, then you can try from now assist panel

It is included in Use Case that has Now Assist Panel enabled. The problem that Now Assist Panel does not see any use cases, even the ones shipped by ServiceNow

@AlexeyK32983202 that's because it may not have that role , usually if you enable the now assist panel, you can list of skills available, if this is custom skill, then you need to enable for Now assist panel. if you think Out of Box skill are not visible, either you not have the role or you may not enabled. kindly check one the role.
