AI Agent Use Cases not available in Now Assist Panel

Hi.

Hope you can help me. I am building AI agents using the new Agent Studio. All fine during testing, but I cannot get them to work from Now Assist Panel. 

Whenever I open the Panel and try to ask it to do something that has a Use Case, I get "Hmm, I don't understand this request." 

For example, I created a sample agent that tells jokes about tickets. Works well during testing, but Now Assist Panel is not seeing it.

The only thing that I am confused is that the AI Agent itself shows somehow that Now Assist panel turned off, see screen below

But if I go to settings, it is On. See screen below

I am sure it is my error. But I am confused. Would appreciate community help.

@Bharath69  - cna you share the screenshot once ? Just try to update the now assist plugins once and try this and share your screenshot

Was this ever resolved? I am facing the same issue in YP3 and Now Assist for Platform 8.0.0. If any of you got a fix from support, please share here as I have a session this week and it would be super helpful to be able to showcase from the panel. For me the agents and workflows work perfectly from the Testing module in AI Agent studio and NA panel keeps displaying "Hmm, I don't understand this request."
