Hello everyone, how is it going?

I'm pretty new around here in the ServiceNow ecosystem, but I've been keeping a close eye on the AI world. Recently on LinkedIn, I came across some content about agent orchestration/control within ServiceNow. It looks incredible and has massive potential for optimizing costs, services, and processes.

Is anyone already implementing this kind of integration? I'm currently studying and planning a architecture around this, involving AWS and API requests. I was told this was actually heavily discussed at a recent event. I wanted to know if you guys have also realized how much of a game-changer this is going to be.

Just Wanna Add here - If you are Talking About Service Now AI Control Tower then Yes - It has two Flavors.

Base Service-Now AICT -  This will cover Service Now Native AI Use Cases and Its life cycle .

Enterprise Service-Now AICT- This will cover Enterprise wise AI Implementations which May include some use AI Use Case Uses AWS Bedrock , Some May use AZURE etc etc. This will give Single Pane of Glass for full enterprise AI Use cases , Its Security & Compliance , Model Inventory , Data Set Inventory , Prompt Inventory as an Asset in ServiceNow.

Service Now has published an application/Connector which can be Integrated with AWS , MS CoPilot Foundry or Google Vertex. This Application can connect with these Sources and discover the AI Assets and Inventory in ServiceNow. 

Application Named- AI Discovery (Certified and Published by ServiceNow)
