AI Control tower

Dear all,

I have follow most of all training course relative to Now AI and depend module.

But one of them which is not really cover , or at the surface level, is the AI control tower.

Is there some on demand free training on this module with labs in order to realy understand how it works and why we need to use it ?

hello @Tanushree Maiti , in the Basic course a chapter is dedicated to System life scycle.
The video shows that a AI request can be created by a user and then can be seen in the control tower .

But this AI request, where is is coming for ? is it part of a specific module ?
Do we need to install a specific plugin in addition to all NOw Assist modules ?

We have a demo instance in our place but we could not find this request
