AI Search assist Record Producer Enable Genius Results + Now Assist Synthesized Response

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to enhance the AI Search Assist experience on a Record Producer by including Genius Results, specifically the Now Assist Multi‑Content synthesized response along with KB articles and catalog suggestions.

I’ve already updated the existing Search Application Profile to include Genius Result for Now Assist Multi‑Content responses. However, when I use the search variable inside the record producer, the synthesized response doesn’t appear. Only standard search results show up.

I’m not sure whether this is actually supported out‑of‑box for Record Producers, or if it requires custom configuration or UI extension. Please find the attached screenshot for expected search capability.

I figured out there is a oob widget : AI Search Genius Results this should be added as a macro variable to the record producer for genius result to work.

Hi Prabhu,

I have added "AI Search Genius Results" in the widget field, but the genius results are only displayed when I click on the blank space after entering the field. I would like the genius results to be displayed instantly after the search, similar to the Contextual Search or AI Assist Search widget.

Please let me know if there is a way to display the AI Genius Results instantly.

Also, in Zurich, I do not see the "Macro" variable type.
