HI All,
I am trying on configure the knowledge center to show HR case data as potential gaps . For that I have created similarity and cluster solutions. I have run the schedule job for knowledge clusters generation , Got the data in knowledge coverage table . But for all it says is knowledge gaps is "False" . Therefore no data is showing in the knowledge center . Has anyone done something like this . Please help me .

Sorry, I missed your message earlier.
So, are you able to find any record where the Gap is True?

If no, it means no data exists and the code/logic is fine.
-
If yes, then we need to check the pattern to understand why it’s not showing here.
Did you try logging a case with the support team in the meantime?
