I am trying to create an integration of ServiceNow with my third-party application. The integration is associated with quote management in the CSM/FSM model. As ServiceNow provides a customizable product offering, I am integrating the customization with the third-party app.
As you click the customize button for the product offering in the product catalog, I am calling a webhook service that would direct me to the third-party app. As far it is working perfectly, but it is opening the website on a separate webpage. However, I want the configuration app to run on the CSM workspace itself. I am not sure how to attain that, as of now I have come across an idea to utilize the UI builder, but I am lacking in knowledge of how to achieve this.
I would really appreciate if there were any suggestions on how I can complete the ask.
