Hi, I am asking this question with regards to an opportunity in the Gen AI space. Pardon me if this question has been asked earlier and answered. Can NowAssist be referred to as an enterprise bot/bot of bots? Does it have the ability to act as a super bot that spans across all the functions/BUs in an enterprise organization? If yes, is there any content available to substantiate this? Do we have any win stories/customer references? Please do share. Thanks.

@TanujhaP - this is purely my thoughts.
I would say Now Assist can be considered a "Bots of BOts" or an Enterprise bot. It has the potential to act as a super bot spanning across various functions and business units within an enterprise organization. If you have all these three functionalities or any capability equivalent to this will be acknowledged as Enterprise.
1. Should have "integrating" capabilities and be designed to integrate with various ServiceNow modules and external applications, allowing it to access and process information from different sources.
2. should have an ability to understand and respond to natural language queries enabling it to serve as a central point of interaction for employees across different departments
3. should automate all the tasks and processes across all the departments,
I think Now Assist can streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the enterprise. but I don't have any cases wiht me!

The ServiceNow Virtual Agent + Gen AI converted as 'Now Assist' to leverage Gen AI capabilities in chat bot. The functionality available to you as an Enterprise or Bots of Bot user is contingent upon your Virtual Agent and the corresponding license subscription. While there is no out-of-the-box solution available, we can utilize the capabilities provided by Bots of Bot. I recommend reviewing the article linked below, which outlines the implementation process. We have successfully applied this solution for other clients within my network.

Hi @ersureshbe - I have to correct you there: Virtual Agent hasn't been rebranded. Yes, it's been progressively enhanced with AI/ML, including Now Assist integration, but it's still Virtual Agent.
