I wanted an end-to-end demonstration video of AI Risk Management in the Portal. Please could you share the link, and its associated plugins required to start up this implementation.

'AI Risk Management' is a Store App and not OOB feature of ServiceNow.

AI Risk management is store app which is offered by innovation lab , that means ServiceNow cannot gives you any warranty for its work and consumables. however, Store downloads may require a separate ServiceNow subscription product to use the Store Application. Contact your ServiceNow Account Manager to determine subscription requirements should you have questions. but i have some links for requirement and Dependencies,
