Embedding Now Assist in VA on External Webiste

Is anyone that's using Now Assist in VA been able to add the agent to external websites?

I've followed the process on Configuring the portable Virtual Agent chat widget with success, but this seems to only apply to the legacy Virtual Agent, not the Now Assist agent. I'm not finding any docs or configuration that's apparent in calling a Now Assist agent from an external website.

I think need to Raise a Case with Hi Portal. May be not now but on RoadMap.

This feature is not yet supported. It is currently on our roadmap with no time commitment yet (Safe Harbor applies.)

If the feature is not available via engagement messenger is there an alternative way to embed the enhanced chat feature.  Or is there an early adopter option.
