Hello all,
I am curious if it is possible to add records from the Web Application table as an information source in Now Assist for Virtual Agent? For example, if there is a link to Fidelity in the web application table, it would be nice for Now Assist to surface that link from that table for the employee. I have tried looking online for information on how to add information sources to Now Assist, but I have yet to find any documentation. I am curious if it is even possible?
