Issue: There is OOB dashboard called "Gen AI Actions Dashboard"

there is Filter- called: "All skills " on which I'm trying to add our newly created AI Agent. This filter is currently using the data source as "indicators".
Does any know how we can add new agents to this filter? how we can configure this filter?

The “All Skills” filter on the Gen AI Actions Dashboard gets its options from the indicators data source. To show your new AI Agent in that filter, you need to:

  1. Add your AI Agent to the table that indicators uses (usually a Skills or Agents table).

  2. Or update the filter query on indicators so it includes your new agent.

In short: the filter only shows what exists in the indicators data source, so your agent must be added there to appear.

Hi,
well requirement is to -Add agentic workflow to platform analytics dashboard and use data source to filter (same table where agentic workflow stored).

we are also confused between whether to take this approach with- AI agent vs Agentic workflow.

Do we need to create Indicator source using that table ? and then create indicator and Add it to PA dashboard ?
Please suggest step by step resolution: (expectations  AI Agent or agentic workflow appear in the Gen AI Actions Dashboard with accurate metrics: total actions, avg daily unique users, actions over time, total savings, and total days saved).
