Hi @Juhi Chawla2,
it seems that you have currently selected a different scope than the record that you want to change it.
Check this - either click on the Switch scope or open a new tab, switch the scope there, come back to this window and refresh the page:

Hello @Juhi Chawla2 ,
This are all ootb setup skill, copying the KB generation skill won't give you a prompt editor, because that feature isnst part of the OOB design. If your goal is to experiment with custom prompts, you’ll need to build a new skill rather than rely on the copied one.
Also even after switching scope this won't work.
