Hi Everyone , I need to hide these process messages when triggering AI agent in now assist
I've tried to change the prompt, role, descriptions and list of steps. But it still shows is there a way we can hide these process messages
I am trying to create a AI Agent which is onboarding a new joiner by looking up his details from a custom table and fill catalog item based on that and creating a user record and then closing the catalog task by using AI agent .The AI agent is able to perform all these steps but it is showing

the "the process typically takes----" message and remaining steps message which I don't want end user to see.
Please help

I looked for official docs and KBs; the agentic workflow documentation describes how to use agentic workflows (triggering, outputs, etc.) but does not mention any option to disable/suppress the progress UI.
You may need to open a Support Ticket.

Just out of Curiosity i am asking --> What is the Rationale you want to Suppress these Progress Messages. New Hire Onboarding request will always be triggered/done by HR Team or Manager of the joiner. These are not end users in my view, they are specific IT Support function people.

Hi @DivamS560043772,

I cannot change it myself as I don't want to touch customer's instance, but I believe these messages can be hidden from the AI Agent Studio - see the [Display output] yes x no

To get there you navigate to the AI Agent Studio, locate the particular AI Agent, in my case it was Next Action recommendation AI agent and there under the Add tools and information tab, you can check any of the tools - e.g. script, search retrievals, etc. and opening the desired record you will have this chance to disable displaying the output.

Another option could be the "Processing message" available at the AI Agent [sn_aia_agent] table:

If you want to know some useful tables for Now Assist, check my previous post: [GF #4] An airport analogy with Now Assist and core tables
