How NowAssist is consumed and where I can see it ?

Hello Team, 

I came across an article that included a table showing different Now Assist consumption levels for each skill. My question is: where can I view this consumption data? and what does it mean? 

Ex. here I could see that 25 assit , how it is calculated ? 

Here 2500 now asssit consumption

here 1 now assist get consumed ? what does it mean ?
