Hi,
I am getting this error for all the OOB agents and use case testing in AI Agent Studio "Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request. Try asking again later."
This happens for both custom and all OOB agents testing. Need some assistance on this.
Thanks!

I was going through the AI agent training, and based on my knowledge, there are two ways to proceed:
-
Attempt to repair the AI agent plug-in
-
Log a new support case
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

This error could be for a number of reasons. If you have "maint" role access to your instance, try checking your Generative AI Log [sys_generative_ai_log] table for clues. You will usually have some error in there, generic or specific.
I would suggest checking first to see if your Now Assist Panel is working correctly. If Now Assist Panel is not working at all, or has the same error, then try to get that sorted out before returning to the AI Agent Studio. Now Support should be able to help with general Now Assist connectivity issues.
