Hi,
I am getting this error for all the OOB agents and use case testing in AI Agent Studio "Sorry, there was a problem on my side trying to complete this request. Try asking again later."
This happens for both custom and all OOB agents testing. Need some assistance on this.
Thanks!

As mentioned previously, this can occur for a number of reasons.
Quickly check: Is AI Search enabled?
You mention that this started happening after updating to YP1. What version are you coming from? AI Agents was launched in March 2025 for XP7 and YP1, so if you were coming from something working, it had have to have been XP7 or some other pre-release version. In any case, I suggest checking your skipped records from any upgrade/patch for Now Assist AI Agents or the Generative AI Controller apps.

Hi,
I had the same issue, and I need to enable AI Search to get it to work.

Hi @adhirshtajanani ,
I found the resolution for this.
The issue is associated with PRB1866633 - AI agents are not working even after accepting the Global Routing Consent information message.
Upgrading to Yokohama Patch 2 will resolve this issue. For me it worked.
Please mark helpful.
Ravi 🙂
