Now Assist Genius Result not showing up on employee center after upgrading

we've just upgraded to Yokoyama from Washington DC.  We found after upgrading, now assist genius result on employee center are not showing up now which it used to be working well.

 

For example, we query "change my password".  no now assist Genius result showed on employee center, but it showed on AI search preview. how can we troubleshoot this issue?

We've got the solution from support as below:

Based on the dev's investigation, setting 'Log Signals Server Side' = 'true' stops Now Assist Q&A Grs showing up in ai search application if the instance is on the Yokohama release. (see attached screenshot)

@Vickie Runyon - Yokohama Patch 3 is the recommended one as of now.

 

Confirmed working in our instances now, too.
