limitations encountered when configuring Now Assist

What are the main limitations or challenges you’ve encountered when configuring Now Assist in complex environments?

Depends on various factors that are encountered while implementing Now Assist:

 

1.) Customer use case: As complex the customer use case, prompts for custom skills or tool usage under AI Agents are cumbersome

2.) Limitations (as for now) under NA applications : There are cases when customer needs to enable the skill conditionally on user criteria, location etc.. which may be a feature in future releases.
