Hi, 

I activated Article Optimization recommendations in my test instance. 

But, I do not have Article Optimization icon in my side bar, as shown and explained in Review and optimize articles with Article Optimization • Yokohama ServiceNow AI Platform Capabilitie...

 

Should it be configured via UI Builder? Otherwise?
