Hi @jacobo,
due to its complexity and expensive operation costs, it is not possible to get these AI plugins on your PDI.
You can watch some tutorials, or try in trainings from the ServiceNow university:
- https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/now-assist-essentials?id=learning_course_prev&co...
- if you finish this AI Essentials within 2 weeks from now, you will be included in a raffle to have chance winning some ServiceNow swag (not likely but why not)
Let me know if you have any other questions.
PS: I remember there was some idea to allow the AI plugins on your PDI but it must have been associated with a real client's Store but not sure if it is still the thing. I will add it here later if I will find it.

Hi @jacobo ,
The Now Assist plugin is currently not available on Personal Developer Instances (PDIs).
It requires enterprise-level configurations and licensing to function properly.
You can still explore its documentation and attend CreatorCon sessions for hands-on insights.
@GlideFather ,
If you discover a way to install it on a PDI, please tag me here and let me know.
I’ll also update this thread if I come across any relevant details.

Hi @jacobo
None of the AI features—whether it's AI Search, Now Assist, Agent Client Assist (ACA), or Workforce Optimization for ITSM (WDF)—are available in Personal Developer Instances (PDIs).
This means you can't perform hands-on R&D in a PDI. To explore or test these capabilities, you need to have the plugins installed on a client instance or your company's demo instance.
If you're keen to learn, you can take the Now Learning courses specifically designed for AI features. These courses often come with lab access for up to 2 weeks, which is great for hands-on practice.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
