NOW Assist Q&A Genius search results skills checkbox keeps getting unchecked during V Agent set up

When configuring NOW Assist in Virtual Agent, the 'NOW Assist Q&A Genius search results' skill checkbox keeps getting unchecked once i click on 'Save and Continue'.

As a result we believe that the NOW Assist Virtual Agent is not displaying any content from our knowledge base to the end user. 

Has anyone encountered this?

Are you in the good scope Now Assist AI Agents ?

@Nomaan Memon  - Check this is in right scope and check these "NOW Assist Q&A " mapped to right search profile and application. usually it should be mapped to Virtual agent search profile and Virtual agent Application profile. if possible share the screen shot for better understanding.
