NowAssist analytics

New to the setup of NowAssist. But we are currently only using the Incident Summarization and Generate Resolution Notes and was wondering if anyone knows if we have any way to look at metrics of usage of those? I'm looking for who is using those options and how much. If there's a overall NowAssist metrics view I'd be interested in that too. Thanks!

So the roles you mention in those KB's we're unable to locate them in our environment. We can't export any of the data either.

Hi @lukeu Export is one of the user's privilege if org is not supporting, then you need to check with your admin and justify this feature.
