NowAssist Incident Summarization Erroring Out

We activated oob Incident Summarization skill. Summary is erroring out and the behavior is inconsistent. Already followed this support article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1700568 to repair these plugins sn_uxc_gen_ai and sn_generative_ai. The issue still persists. What are the possible reasons for this error and is there any resolution?

Log a case mate, as it is ootb and you already followed the KB.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  already have a case with ServiceNow. They are yet to find the root cause and I'm trying to gather as much as information I can.

Check the logs in this table sys_generative_ai_log.LIST and see what's happening! Here you can see the metadata like Prompt, response etc.
