Hello NowAssist ninjas!
We have enabled NowAssist for ITSM, but the summarization for sidebar discussions doesn't work correctly.
There's this error message:
Chat summaries won't appear until your IT administrator completes all the required steps involved in the setup. View setup
I have reviewed the link but it didn't answer much. What have I overlooked?
The AI skill is enabled, set to displayed, selected tables ok, roles given access, everything seems okay, the skill is ready to use but it just doesn't do what it should.
Any ideas what could be checked or done for that?
