Now Assist case summarization error

Hi,
I'm facing an error while testing my prompt of case summarization with a clone of the OOTB Case summarization skill, this is the error message:

I just added some fields as metadata at the top of the summary, like {{sn_customerservice_case.u_ordine_di_lavoro.number}} and I'm facing this error only for some cases, while for others it works. What is the issue here? How can I fix that?

as i facing the same issue this cloning part was little uncertain , i cloned my own developed skill and need to add more functionalities then also prompt not working and shows an error , so better create skill from scratch not clone you better compare and develop
