My Question Here is on Now Assist AI Search - I understand Now Assist Ai Search Uses RAG concept behind the scene to Augment the Response and here Data is Coming from Published Knowledge Articles.
Now Assume my Knowledge Module is Integrated with External Sources (Share Point, Other Docs etc) - Does Now Assist AI Search Consider Content from External Sources also while Generating the Response ?
Thanks in Adveance

I got the Partial Answer but eager to know all external Sources for Xanadu Release.
- Now Assist AI Search- As of the Washington June ‘24 release, SharePoint federated search is supported. In the future (Q4 ’24), Confluence will also be supported.

@Rahul Priyadars - for your initial question, Yes, Now Assist AI Search can consider content from external sources, such as SharePoint or other documents, while generating responses. This is because Now Assist AI uses a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) approach, which allows it to retrieve relevant information from various sources and incorporate it into its responses.
