Summarise button not available in SOW for non admin user

Hi ,

On sow workspace the summarise button is visible for admin user but not able to for non admin user
How can i make it available for non admin

What do you have set under the "define access" menu of the skill configuration? There is likely a role listed there that your end users do not have, see screenshot below from our instance

Hello @D9201559 ,

 

If the Summarize button is visible only to admins, the issue is usually caused by missing Now Assist Skill permissions for non-admin users.

 Please add your required non-admin role to access that .

Make sure plugin is upto date. If yes, Repair the plugin.
