Hi all,
I am intermittently getting some errors like the below in Now Assist and I have been trying to figure out how to access the Now Assist troubleshooting function described in the documentation. Apart from the fact that the roles indicated as required here are partial (not the complete role name) - I believe I have given myself all the necessary roles to be able to do this. I have repaired the plugins as well.

Has anyone else problems with finding the described option to "Run Diagnostics" against a skill?

Actually - I am not seeing those entries - Restricted by security. Despite being Now Assist Admin and Sys Admin. Suspect there is something wrong with some roles.

How is anyone NOT working in ServiceNow support meant to be able to check that table? ACLs are locked down to only allow maint role even read access. Tried to add an ACL rule to read, but it's not allowing it.
