Hi all,
I am intermittently getting some errors like the below in Now Assist and I have been trying to figure out how to access the Now Assist troubleshooting function described in the documentation. Apart from the fact that the roles indicated as required here are partial (not the complete role name) - I believe I have given myself all the necessary roles to be able to do this. I have repaired the plugins as well.

Has anyone else problems with finding the described option to "Run Diagnostics" against a skill?

Hi Rahul. I have opened a case at the same time I posted this question. I don't think it matters if it's a demo instance -if it's entitled, it's entitled. But let's see.

Hi @Rahul Priyadars - It's a demo instance. I work for a partner so we have one. I am following the use as prescribed, but not seeing the option for diagnostics. I observed that the role listed as required for this in the document is nsa_admin. To my knowledge, there is no such role. There is one called sn_nowassist_admin.nsa_admin, which I have. They really need to be specific in these documents as it confused confusion otherwise.
