Hi, I just want to use the Gen Ai serviceNow model inside the PDI,
I have a task to use it, but all the recourse requires installing the plugins, and that leads to this link (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1646408)
and when I click on the employee article (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1646408) I couldn't find the Now Assist Admin module and the Now Assist Admin Console plugin is installed, and I don't know the problem
the task is to automate some form input for the user in multiple forms,
and how to make it specific to our app scope
thanks

GEN AI / Now Assist is not available in PDI.

Thanks @Dr Atul G- LNG
So, will the task not be applicable to our app ?
and if not is there another way to embed the ServiceNow GenAi in the app or use it?

What task do you have? A PDI is a Personal Developer Instance, so it's not a customer/partner instance. Gen AI can't be used on PDI's, but it's also weird that if you are tasked to build an app, you use a PDI. Those can stop working at any given time (as many questions on the community have shown).
Who ever tasked you with this assignment should provide you with an instance on which it can be used. Working with AI on PDI's is not possible.
It also feels weird that non ServiceNow employees need to tell this to a ServiceNow employee.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

i think i misunderstood of the PDI meaning,
is it the instance that we run on our machine in local host and install the app that we are building , is it ?
or it something else
my main question is pointing towards the instance that we installed when I joined the company and run it in local host and install our app .... sorry for that
