Skills are not visible while doing setup now assist in virtual agent

Hi Everyone ,
Please help me with the below issue which i am facing from few days back.
I was setting up the Now Assist for the virtual agent.
I did the activation of skills. Then started the set up now assist form Virtual agent.
But, I am facing the blow issue.
step 1.

Issue: step 3. Here skills are not visible.
issue: step 4. Here profile list and continue button is not visible
Please help me with this to resolve this issue.

Hello,
Could you please verify the following items?
1. The user possesses an ITIL role.
2. Are there any skills configured in the user account?
Kindly conduct this validation and proceed with the necessary steps for that user.
