Description:
As an Employee, I want to search for and request items from both the HR and IT Service Catalogs through an MS Teams chat so that I can easily submit requests without navigating complex portal menus.
Acceptance Criteria:
AC1:
Given I am in an MS Teams chat, when I search for a catalog item, then results from both the IT and HR service catalogs are returned.
AC2:
Given I select a catalog item from the search results, when prompted, then I can complete and submit the request directly within the chat interface.
Implementation Requirement:
Users should be able to search for catalog items from both HR and IT Service Catalogs directly within Microsoft Teams. The search results should display matching items from both catalogs. After selecting a catalog item, users should be prompted to provide the required information/variables and complete the request submission within the Teams chat experience without being redirected to Employee Center or Service Portal.
Can anyone please tell me how can I implement this & any KB Article, Documentation which might help to configure this along with the configuration steps,?
