I have turned on the Now Assist panel in a proof of concept instance. The current build is Zurich and all of the plugins are the latest versions available as of a couple of days ago. The skills plugin relates to ITSM. I have been able to get Now Assist to work in the portal, and have successfully used individual skills on relevant records. I have tried doing a repair on the Glide Conversation Generative AI Plugin based on another help article, but that didn't resolve the issue for me.

Hello,
Did you enable the Assistant for the Now Assist Panel?
Better to raise support ticket

Thank you for responding! Yes, the Now Assist Panel - Platform (default) is turned on, has skills associated with it and works when tested in the "Review" tab. I believe there is also a ticket with ServiceNow but I wanted to see if it might be a bug anyone is familiar with.

Common troubleshooting methods for the NAP:
- Ensure you are on Zurich patch 1
- Ensure that your Now Assist related store apps are current (ex. Now Assist for ITSM)
- Perform a cache.do in the app navigator
- Navigate to the Now Assist Admin and ensure the Now Assist Panel is turned on and there is one skill using the Now Assist Panel
- Navigate to the Conversation Interfaces > Assistants. Select "Now Panel - (default)" and in the Display Experience, ensure the "Enhanced chat" is set under Experience
- Check system properties for "sn_ais_assist.dpr_ingestion_completed" and set it to true if needed
