As Goran mentioned, Champions (Champion Enablement Center) has a ton of stuff in there from go-live check lists to how to drive adoption and excitement around the go-live.   If you get an error when trying to access contact champion.enablement@servicenow.com.   This will create a request for access.

Thanks guys,
It seems as most of the material in Champion Enablement program are around the management of go-live activity. I was searching for more of a technical
checklist to make sure the technical aspect of go-live activity goes well.
Something like:

Install MID Server, Configure LDAP, Configure SSO, Merge and transform update sets, Define Schedule Jobs etc.

Maybe i'm missing it from the Champion Enablement resource? Other reference i can use?

These seems more like the guided setups that exist within ServiceNow instance. Here you got stuff like Email, LDAP, SSO etc.
