How can I print and/or screen capture a workflow with properties?

I am creating my workflows for Knowledge v3.       I always feel better if I have a visual copy of what I did in case I have to recreate it.     How can I print and/or screen capture a workflow complete with each of the activity properties?         I can print the actual workflow by doing a SnagIt or some type of capturing tool, but I would think it would be helpful to have the system create   , for example, a .pdf complete with screen captures of item/activity along with the properties of each.         As it is now, I am capturing these individually.

Since you are capturing these individually, you may want to record in movie format. The newest SnagIt comes with video capture and there is are some really good open source ones available at sourceforge.net (For MAC, Linux, and PC) I have used CamStudio (open source from sourceforge) I like this because I can pause, rewind, playback and share the file to the team. Camstudio is a little clunky but it does come in handy.
