Hi!
I need to change(translate) the 'Estimated completion' title text but it is not possible to modify anything in the Body HTML template.
Then I cloned the widget and was able to modify the text.
But then in the Service Portal Page Designer I was not able to replace the Request Fields widget with my new cloned widget.
This a scoped application so I suppose it has got something to do with that.
Any workarounds?
Please adwice.

Hello Jarle,
I understand that you need the widget in your application scope. Go to the out of box widget and change to your required application scope and clone the required widget. Now you can able to replace the widget in the Service portal by performing changes in the required application scope.
Mark this helpful/correct depending upon the impact.
