Run Trigger Missing in Flow Designer

Hi,

For some reason, the Run Trigger Option is Missing in Flow Designer of My Kingston PDI when I create any new Flows.  It appears in the "OOB" workflows but not on new ones I create.  It's probably something silly.  Any ideas?  Please see screenshot below.  Thanks.

Can you elaborate on what is missing? Your flow designer screenshot looks just like mine in Kingston. Perhaps show a screenshot of what you're expecting, as well.

Here's what I'm looking for.  See the "Run Trigger" Drop Down?  I don't see it on any new flows I create, scoped or non-scoped (a non-no!).

In your initial screenshot, you have the Trigger value set to Created. Run Trigger only appears when Trigger contains Updated. Since a record is only created once, there is no need for the Run Trigger field when Trigger is set to only Created.
