Show Approval Records to Delegates in Service Portal

Hello All,

We have approvals widget in service portal, where it displays the logged in user approvals. When user clicks on the approval record, the approver can see all the request details and approve it.

We need to display the approval records for the approver delegate user in the portal. I have achieved this with an ACL,  but when the delegate opens the approval record he cannot see the request details  except the ritm and approve, reject buttons. How can the delegate see the full request details? How can we restrict the delegate to see the approver record until the delegate valid date only?

I too have the same problem. When an approver delegates to another user then the delegate cannot see the request details in his/her Service Portal. Delegate user can only see Approve Reject button without any data.

We also need approval delegates to view the RITM/REQ details (variables) in the portal.  Has anyone resolved this?
