We need to find the Asset Management - Accuracy of Asset Management System Data updated and accurate in CMDB on the following criteria -
Service Level Requirement - Per the audited sample the assets have accurate CMDB information. Defined as a combination of attributes of Completeness, Compliance, and Correctness.
Measurement interval - Quarterly
Formula Indicator includes the formula -
[Number of assets sampled during the Measurement Interval where the data elements are determined to be correct/number of assets sampled during the Measurement Interval] * 100%
NOTE: Within five business days after the first business day of each calendar quarter, the Service Provider will select a statistically valid sample, based on the approved asset management report and in accordance with the process specified in the Policies and Procedures Manual, to measure the Service Provider’s compliance with the following Service Level.
